Puchol Habitatges is a real estate agency founded in 2017 as the result of extensive professional experience in construction and design. Its origins are directly linked to the architecture, urban planning and sustainability practice Puchol Arquitectes; consequently, the work of both companies remains closely interconnected.

We are privileged to have a multidisciplinary team whose expertise covers architecture, construction and design, as well as economics and business management. Each of these fields is essential to property sales and purchases and to the technical advice required when acquiring a new property.

Our goal is always for our clients to be completely satisfied with their transaction and to find a home suited to their tastes and personality. A key difference between us and other real estate agencies is our ability to provide comprehensive technical advice directly, both for the administrative procedures involved and for any potential improvement or refurbishment of the existing property.
